We don’t typically offer printed proofs. If you require a proof, we can print one for you, but there will be a charge for the printing. Contact us if you would like further details.

To ensure the checkout process is as transparent as possible, we provide our prices online. You will only be charged the price you click to order (less delivery, where applicable).

To complete the online transaction, we will require the following information from you:

  • Information about credit cards, including the kind, number, expiration date, and security code
  • Your name, address, and phone number as they appear on your credit card statement are considered your billing information.

Based on the product specifications, materials, quantity, and turnaround time, custom pricing is determined. There is no additional cost for the service.

FILE PREPARATION & SUBMISSION

We accept PDF files made with Quark Xpress, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, or InDesign. High resolution data or pictures made in Adobe Illustrator (AI, EPS) or Adobe Photoshop (JPG, PSD, EPS). Before uploading data, kindly review our data checklist.

No, because MS-Office data is not print data.

To account for errors during the final trimming process, all print data needs to contain a 3mm region that extends past the cut line. The bleed is the term for this. For further information, please refer to a bleed instructional.

We can, yes. Please be aware, however, that working in RGB and switching to CMYK at the last minute can cause some significant color shifts because the CMYK color gamut is much less than that of RGB. To avoid last-minute hassles, we advise purchasing a sample proof for assignments where color accuracy is essential.

Red, Green, and Blue, the main colors of light utilized in monitors, television displays, and pretty much all electronics, are referred to as RGB. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black are the primary pigment colors that are referred to as CMYK. These are the inks used in full-color printing, also referred to as four-color process printing.

White is the color that is produced when you put the RGB values together. However, black is produced when CMYK values are added together. As a result, it is quite difficult for a printing press to accurately duplicate the colors that we see on screens.

PRINT & DESIGN SERVICES

The design process for flyers and business cards often takes a day or two, but it also depends on the content for larger items like folding brochures and magazines.

Our working design files are kept private as a matter of course. If you need the files, we will provide them for a separate release cost (100% of the original design fee).

Absolutely, we offer Pantone and a wide range of spot colors to achieve precise color matching for your branding and design requirements. Your colors will be faithfully reproduced for a consistent and professional look.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CUSTOMER SERVICES

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to cancel for any reason.

We will, of course, reprint your data at no additional cost to you if there was a printing error. However, Color Print will not be held accountable and any further printing costs will be your responsibility if it is discovered that the error was caused by improperly organized data or otherwise involves client-side production issues.

While every effort is taken to provide the best color reproduction of your data, due to the nature of the processes involved, we are not required to promise that any photograph, transparency, proof, or digital file will exactly match the printed item in terms of texture or color.

Our professionals verify each print run for color accuracy, consistency, and density, but there is no guarantee that your particular job will print as you want. The final printed product and a project that has been screen-proofed can frequently differ significantly.

The final appearance of your colors in print is greatly influenced by the data arrangement, paper type, and finishes. We advise ordering a Sample Proof in situations when color accuracy is crucial to prevent disappointment.
